Glow Science Education Pte Ltd Terms and Conditions

Registration

A non-refundable registration fee of SGD $50 per student is required upon registration.

 

Fees & Payment

A refundable deposit of SGD $100 will be collected upon registration. Payment of fees must be made in full 3-4 weeks prior to the start of each term. Late payments will incur a SGD $30 late fee charge. Glow Science Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend fees at any time and to refuse attendance if payment is not received.

Fees can be paid via Cash, PayNow, or Cheque. If paying by cheque, please include the student’s full name and contact number on the back.

Cheque payable to: Glow Science Pte. Ltd. 

Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Each term consists of 11 lessons.

 

Cancellation

Glow Science Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any programme or class if minimum enrollment requirements (2 students) are not met. In such cases, all course fees will be refunded.

Enrollment may be terminated for students who are found to be disruptive in class, at the sole discretion of Glow Science Pte. Ltd.

 

Replacement / Make-Up Class Policy

Students may request a make-up class under the following conditions:

  • Glow Science Pte. Ltd. must be informed at least 3 days in advance (Centre is closed on Sundays and Mondays).
  • If a student is unable to attend a lesson, they will receive a video link to the recording of the live session, to stay aligned with the class pace.
  • Physical class replacements are permitted only if a class of the same level is available within the same lesson number; otherwise, a link to the live lesson recording will be provided.
  • Up to 2 make-up lessons per term are allowed. Additional make-up classes require medical documentation.

Glow Science Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel classes in the event of unforeseen circumstances during the term. In such cases, replacement classes will be arranged for any sessions affected.

Withdrawal

Students who wish to withdraw from Glow Science Pte. Ltd. are required to give one month's notice before the end of the term and fill up and submit a withdrawal form to qualify for a deposit refund

Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Mid-term withdrawals are not permitted.

 

Miscellaneous

Glow Science Pte. Ltd. will take necessary precautions to ensure students’ well-being on the premises.

Parents/guardians are responsible for any costs due to damage, loss, injury, or liability caused by their child.

Glow Science Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to disallow attendance if a student’s temperature exceeds 37.5°C or if they are deemed unfit for class.

Parental responsibility: Parents/guardians are expected to monitor their child’s health, seek medical attention if they are unwell, and do not send them to Glow Science Pte. Ltd. for lessons.

Intellectual property: Glow Science Pte. Ltd. owns the copyright to any student work completed during the course and reserves the right to use it for advertising or promotional purposes.

Consent: By enrolling, parents/guardians permit Glow Science Pte. Ltd. to use testimonials, reviews, photos, and videos of students for advertising and marketing purposes, including recordings of online classes.

Updates to Information: Parents/guardians must notify Glow Science Pte. Ltd. of any changes to their contact details as listed on the registration form. Glow Science Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for undelivered materials.

Changes to Terms: Glow Science Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Glow Science Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables on the premises.

Parental presence: Parents/guardians are not allowed to remain in classrooms during sessions unless granted permission.
