With over 18 years of experience teaching Primary and Lower Secondary Science, Teacher Chloe is well-versed in the MOE Science syllabus and has successfully guided 18 batches of PSLE students through their academic journey. She is the creator of the G.L.O.W Science method, a signature approach designed to help students confidently tackle open-ended questions. Qualifications and Expertise
Teacher Chloe holds a Degree in Counselling (BCoun), a Diploma in Education (Dip Ed) from the National Institute of Education (NIE), and has completed special courses in Science at NIE. Her background in counselling allows her to understand her students’ personalities and tailor her teaching approach accordingly. This personal touch helps her engage students at a deeper level, making learning both effective and enjoyable.
A Passion for Life Science & Biodiversity
Teacher Chloe's love for science goes beyond the classroom. Her passion for life science and biodiversity is something she shares with her students every day. In fact, Teacher Chloe's interest in the natural world led her to work at the Singapore Zoological Gardens, where she had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with veterinarians, zookeepers, and even serve as a stage presenter. This hands-on experience enriched her understanding of life science and allowed her to develop unique ways to make topics like biodiversity captivating and interactive for her students. Her real-world experiences bring a vibrant, authentic touch to her lessons, especially in areas related to the natural world.
